Built in Gander. Trusted Across Central NL.

Turner Realty was founded by Gaye Turner in 1998 and merged with Royal LePage Carolyn Ralph Realty in 2007. When Frank and Carolyn retired in 2014, Gaye and her son Mike Turner reopened the brokerage as Royal LePage Turner Realty (2014) Inc. and built it into the most decorated real estate team in Central Newfoundland & Labrador — with offices in Gander and Happy Valley–Goose Bay, and agents serving Labrador West.

Today the team includes specialists in residential sales, commercial real estate, new construction, investment properties, property management, and military and RCMP relocations. What hasn't changed is the commitment to clients that Gaye brought to every transaction in 1974 — and that every member of the team brings to every transaction today.

1974

Gaye Turner earns her real estate licence — the start of a career spanning five decades in Central NL.

1998

Turner Realty opens at 306 Airport Blvd, Gander. Est. 1998.

2007

Turner Realty merges with Royal LePage Carolyn Ralph Realty, bringing Gaye's Gander brokerage under the Royal LePage national banner for the first time.

2014

Frank and Carolyn retire. Gaye and her son Mike Turner reopen the brokerage as Royal LePage Turner Realty (2014) Inc. — Mike brings 15+ years of production, national recognition, and a commercial real estate designation.

2017–2025

Nine consecutive Chairman's Club years. Top 10 Atlantic Canada every year since 2016. Best in Tech 2021–22 and 2024. Brokerage of the Year 2018 and 2020.

2024
