Built in Gander. Trusted Across Central NL.

Turner Realty was founded by Gaye Turner in 1998 and joined the Royal LePage network in 2007. In 2014, Gaye and her son Mike Turner acquired the brokerage and built it into the most decorated real estate team in Central Newfoundland — with offices in Gander, Happy Valley–Goose Bay, and Labrador West.

Today the team includes specialists in residential sales, commercial real estate, new construction, investment properties, property management, and military and RCMP relocations. What hasn't changed is the commitment to clients that Gaye brought to every transaction in 1974 — and that every member of the team brings to every transaction today.

Gaye Turner earns her real estate licence — the start of a career spanning five decades in Central NL.

1998

Turner Realty opens at 306 Airport Blvd, Gander. Est. 1998.

2007

Brokerage joins the Royal LePage network, bringing national reach to a Central NL operation.

2014

Gaye and Mike Turner acquire the franchise. Mike brings 15+ years of production, national recognition, and a commercial real estate designation to the operation.

2017–2025
