Gaye Turner is the founder and owner of Royal LePage Turner Realty, and one of the most experienced real estate professionals in Central Newfoundland. Licensed since October 1974, Gaye has guided thousands of clients through some of the most important transactions of their lives — with the kind of calm expertise that only comes from more than five decades in the field.
She started her career at 18 with Kevin M. Joy Ltd., earned her broker licence in 1998, and opened Turner Realty the same year. In 2007 she joined the Royal LePage network, and in 2014 she and her son Mike purchased the franchise outright — building what is now the most decorated real estate team in Central NL.
